Glass Bottles: Upcycled & Repurposed As Home Decor

Glass bottles - whether milk bottles, wine bottles, beer bottles, either new or old - whether recycled into one of the clever ideas shown below or just simply displayed on a sunny window sill - are one item that has stood the test of time and are still very much popular in home decorating.

Take a look below at these photos of what some creative and innovative folks have done with bottles and I think you'll agree!

  2. I love old bottles. I have tons of antique ones.

I usually make terrariums, but some of the planters look so great! I'll have to try some of these ideas.

  5. WOW the creativity is amazing.

It's hard to pick a favorite. But I do love the blue bottle tree.

I recycle my used bottles...rather than reuse them.

  14. These are all really fabulous and fun ideas! I was going to start small and make a hand soap dispenser. Since it will be around water, I think sealing the label might be a good idea. What kind of product would I use to seal the label? Thanks, Karen
